Drink Your Daily Juices/Broths It is important to drink all juices and broths evenly throughout the day. Spreading juices throughout your day will supply you with constant nutrients and energy. Hydrate sufficiently in between by LOTS of delicious Takaka Spring water. Support the Organs of Elimination Take an infrared sauna daily. Dry skin brush once or twice a day before showering. Drink plenty of water. A series of colon hydrotherapy sessions will encourage your large intestine to eliminate toxins and your detox support supplements will supply the liver with necessary nutrients for successful toxin removal.
