Colon Hydrotherapy: For optimum results, 3 consecutive sessions within a week (more or less) are recommended. For chronic ailments a series of 10 is recommended with 1 or 2 sessions per week. As a preventative measure having 1 session a month is a good maintenance routine. During cleansing or fasting programs a series of 3 to 6 colonics is recommended to gain the most benefit from your cleanse.
