Colon Hydrotherapy: For optimum results, 3 consecutive sessions within 3 to 14 days are recommended. For chronic ailments a series of 10 is recommended with 1 or 2 sessions per week. As a preventative measure having 1 session a month or every 3 months is a good maintenance routine.
